Spare Parts AssistantWe are recruiting on behalf of a client of ours for a Customer Service Spare Parts Assistant, to join their team in Cardiff. The client is a worldwide leader in the development, manufacturing and marketing of electronic products for a wide range of consumer, business and industrial needs.Purpose of the RoleThe purpose of the role is to ensure responsibility for spare part sales to the clients customers, across the EU and in the UK. Additionally, to process orders from quotation through to shipping, whilst working closely with the European Customer Service and Spare Parts support teams.Principle Accountabilities· Manage customer quotation requests and orders up to delivery according to customer demand.· Processing spare parts and orders.· Prepare deliveries and shipments for on-time orders.· Contacting and updating customers regarding status of their spare parts orders and updating systems accordingly.· Maintain and update spare parts and customer management systems.· Coordination with line manager for achieving service customer satisfaction.Knowledge and Skills Required· Previous experience with spare parts warehousing and distribution.· Customer focused, delivering high standards of customer service, to include:o Exceptional communication skills o Ability to write professionallyo Able to prioritiseo Excellent problem-solving skills.· Target and results driven.· IT literate - experience with various Microsoft Office packages and case management systems desired.Keywords; Customer service, spares, parts, sales, orders, quotations, warehousing, distribution.
