Job Description

Solutions Lead (Dynamics/Power Platform) - Cardiff (hybrid 1 day per week) - Up to £75,000 per annum.Im hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing investment management firm looking to add to its Digital Solutions team where youll play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and maintaining technology solutions.Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating on solution designs with stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful delivery of initiatives and requests.
  • Manage dynamics engineers and oversee third-party teams.
  • Drive improvements in Dynamics CRM instances.
  • Act as a technical lead on Microsofts Power Platform.
Essential experience:
  • 3 or more years in Microsoft Dynamics engineering.
  • 2 or more years in solution design and customer-facing roles.
  • 2 or more years leading or coaching engineers.
