With proven problem-solving skills, an ability to work independently and excellent software development skills, your developmentskills will be demonstrated through previous work experience / education.As a mid-level developer, in addition to software development you would be expected to assist/mentor less experienced developers, contribute to code reviews, propose solution design approaches and generally improve code quality.Working on the Microsoft platform you would be required to use C#, .NET and SQL Server, however due to the entrepreneurial nature of the business there are also opportunities to develop skills / experience in emerging technologies.
