Job Description

Showroom Manager | Cardiff | Salary £21,000 + commission | Realistic OTE £30,000 - £35,000We are currently recruiting for a Showroom Manager for a very exciting NEW retail brand! The exciting opportunity will be for a Leader who can make an impact in a successful retail brand, provide an outstanding service to customers and help drive sales in a BRAND NEW store! We want to speak to leaders who arepassionate about delivering exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with guests in their showrooms.Benefits for a Showroom Manager:

  • Competitive basic salary £21,000
  • UNCAPPED COMMISSION, with a realistic OTE of between £30,000 - £35,000

The Opportunity as a Showroom Manager:
  • Provide an outstanding 1-2-1 service to retail customers
  • Engage with customers from the initial enquiry through to the delivery of the product
  • Offer a consultative service to customers
  • Provide any technical information as required
  • Achieve sales and service targets
  • Reporting directly to the cluster manager
  • Leading the inshore team of advisors
