We have developed an unparalleled and comprehensive breadth of technology and advanced production platforms.We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Process Engineer to join our ambitious team - Providing technical expertise, you will play a key role in translating our customer’s requirements into finished product.Shift/Work Hours: 4 x 12.25 hour shifts (2 x days/2 x nights)What’s on Offer- Highly Competitive Pay; £30K - £44K (inclusive of shift allowance)- Pension & Health Cash Plan- Flexible working- Sickness Insurance and Death in Service Benefit- Exhilarating, yet challenging environment - no 2 days are the same!- Excellent career and personal development opportunities- Eligibility to participate in bonus and share plansKey Responsibilities of the Process Engineer:- Scheduling reactor bays to achieve released orders- Using SPC to ensure quality and specification are to highest standard- To inspect all pertinent production and characterisation data- Technical support for issues arising in connection with the operation of the bays- Ensure that technical data is used in an effective manner- Provide 1st pass problem solving activities prior to escalation to Senior Engineering Team- Prepare & present report on product & production related data (including for customers) as required- Monitor reactor performance and identify solutions to production problems- To participate in bay improvement programsSkills & Experience Required:- Graduate in a scientific or engineering discipline- Experience of semiconductor technology- Solid understanding of the MOCVD/MOVPE process- Problem solving and basic statistical process and data skills- Highly motivated, able to fit seamlessly into a dynamic teamSo, what are you waiting forIf you have the knowledge and drive to take on this brilliant Process Engineer role, we would love to hear from you!
