Service Desk Analyst - Cardiff - Hybrid Our client is a leading managed service provider, who is well known for their use of cutting edge infrastructure technologies and partnerships with industry leaders such as Dell and Microsoft. Whilst you will be working with an MSP, you will be working on sitebuilding relationships and providing technical support for a leading educational establishment. They are looking for a passionate service desk analyst, who is enthusiastic about technology and keeps up to date with the latest tech trends.
