Senior Technical Engineer/Product SupportSouth Wales - Cardiff 17716/610£28,000 - £30,000An innovative and market leading manufacturer are currently looking to recruit within the Technical Service team and require an experienced Technical Engineer. Roles & Responsibilities *To support the sale of products through the dissemination of technical information*To provide robust technical advice and solutions to design related problems relative to the product range*To conduct in depth calculation and qualification of the suitability of products for use*To correctly specify products by application*Technical approval of drawing submittals*Development ideas for service/product improvement (based on customer feedback)*Creation of technical documents and drawings for internal and customer use*Enhancement of the existing library of NBS specifications, CAD and Revit drawings*Testing programmes*Installation of products to sample and test rigsKnowledge, Skills & Experience *Degree, HNC or HND in Architectural Technology, Structural Engineering would be desirable.*Computer literacy including Autodesk software and Microsoft Office tools*Experience working with Revit, Inventor & Fusion 360 preferred*Good understanding of mathematical/structural principles.*Ability to read and understand drawings.Salary & Benefits *£28,000 - £30,000 basic salary*Company pension - total of 9%*Profit share scheme*Excellent training and developmentIf you are interested in this role or looking for something similar please contact our Managing Consultant Sam Paynter directly at or call him for a confidential discussion on .
