The successful candidate will be able to manage our dedicated team of specialist TA’s and be confident to take a leading role within the school to address the needs of pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning.You should be able to demonstrate excellent skills when working with individual children with emotional health & wellbeing needs. The successful candidate will need to have good interpersonal skills, be confident and innovative, reliable, flexible and a self starter.
