Job Description

Senior Recruitment Consultant - Construction/White Collar/Management CARDIFF

  • Current clients to tap into
  • £28,000k - £32,000 per annum
  • Commission structure - from 12.5% to over 30%
  • Car or allowance £3,300 a year
  • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
    • Having over 10 years experience in construction recruitment, this particular business have a great reputation and a strong set of consultants across the South West, South Coast and South East and are looking to add to their White Collar Management division.Currently they are servicing a large T&L client base and as such you could easily tap into existing clients to bring on new roles - there is also a large database of registered candidates .You will be joining a great office, lots of humour, good perks and regular drinks/team events happening.If you are currently working in a corporate agency and are tired of endless reports, KPI’s and suits, then look no further!Benefits
