    • The Role:Focusing on Finance, you will work in a 360-role, building relationships with candidates and offering support throughout the recruitment process. You will maintain strong relationships with clients and win new client relationships by working closely to understand their needs.Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous Recruitment experience, ideally within the Finance sector
  • An expert at building longstanding relationships with candidates and clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Credible, articulate and confident
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and balance a variety of tasks whilst maintain attentive
