Job Title: Senior Project ManagerContract Type: Full time permanent contractCore Business Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am5.30pm
  • Friday: 9am4.30pm
  • Flexible availability outside core hours

Senior Project ManagerAre you a Senior Project Manager who is an expert in your discipline Or an Intermediate ProjectManager looking to progress in the next stage of your careerAre you passionate about managing exceptional standards of customer careDo you want to belong to a thriving professional consultancy driven by its great teamwork, effective collaboration, and specialist expertise, and be part of their journey to the next levelOur client is a fast growing, successful construction consultancy who offer a fresh approach to theway that project and cost consultancy services are delivered.With a head office in Cardiff and a further office in London, they are looking to bring on a reliable,organised, and proactive individual to their team.The Role:
  • Carry out the duties required under the roles of Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Employers Agent (and/or any other similar role).
  • Ensure the annual fee target of the role is met
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects in accordance with company standards
  • Assist in company marketing/profile raising, e.g., networking, and social functions, preparing professional articles/blogs/case studies for bids/website use
The Person:
  • Experience as a PM; EA
  • Experienced in the procurement, appointment and management of contractors and consultants, as well as Contract Administration
  • Able to demonstrate use and adherence to a quality assurance system e.g., ISO9001
  • Evidence of excellent project/programme management skills
  • Possesses a high level of commercial and contractual awareness
  • Highly numerate, with the proven ability to understand, analyse, interpret, and explain complicated information and data
  • Experience delivering complex projects independently
  • Conscientious in managing exceptional standards of customer care
  • Experienced in cross property sector management and delivery experience, public and private together
  • Strong IT user including MS Office and an ability to manipulate data in excel to produce relevant management information
Required Qualifications:Must have at least one of the following:
  • MRICS or FRICS
  • NEC 3 or NEC4 PM
  • MAPM
  • CIOB
