Senior Product Designer Cardiff - Remote working flex 1 day per month / every other month in the office Salary £40,000 - £50,000 + annual bonus + benefits CPS are working with an award winning Financial Services Start-up who have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Designer to join the business. The initial focus will be supporting the complete redesign of their web page amongst other exciting upcoming projects, so candidates with strong Web based design skills are ideal.They are a small but rapidly expanding business and this role forms a key part of their growth strategy. You will help transition projects from discovery to prototypes, crafting concepts and high-fidelity designs for our products and platforms. You will act as a senior member of the Product Design squad, mentoring the more junior Product Designers. The ideal candidate: * Experience within a similar Product Design role ideally to Senior / Lead level * Strong knowledge of all areas of UX methodology and product design. * Extensive experience in journey development, wire-framing, user research, prototyping and testing. * Proven experience in creating and evolving component libraries, design systems and guidelines for both web and app platforms. * Experience working within a start-up would also be ideal but not essential * You will primarily be working on web based design but knowledge / skills within mobile would be a benefit * An impressive portfolio of work, including websites/apps/UX projects which showcase your creativity, UX capability and advocacy of the end user.* Excellent problem solving skills * Highly proficient with industry standard design and prototyping tools (ideally Figma) * Experience and knowledge of UX best practice and technology trends.
