In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns for nationally recognized brands with substantial budgets. Youll also havethe opportunity to mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to their growth and development.Key Responsibilities:* Develop innovative and creative strategies for executing paid search campaigns for high-profile brands.* Take the lead in managing and mentoring junior team members, empowering them to deliver exceptional results and fostering their professional development.* Assume ownership of the end-to-end process for paid search campaigns, from strategy development to successful execution.* Conduct day-to-day account management, including campaign optimization, budget management, and the implementation of testing strategies.* Utilize data-driven insights to analyze profitability and conduct A/B tests.* Collaborate closely with our paid media teams, partner teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and oversight of paid search ad campaigns.* Work closely with their talented teams of engineers, web designers, developers, and customer experience experts to create outstanding digital experiences.Requirements:* Demonstrated expertise in advanced paid search management, with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.* Experience with Paid Social campaigns is a valuable asset.* Strong data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and quantitative skills.* Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
