They are currently looking for a Senior PMO Manager on a 6-month contract based from home, with two days per week requirement in the Cardiffor Manchester or London office.About The Role:As Senior Manager for this portfolio of work, focus will be on leading the activity supporting the needs of a business unit regarding marketing, customer treatment strategies and customer proposition initiatives, providing effective leadership to team membersand contributing to the strategic direction of the area.Youll need to be able to bring to life the client journey ensuring that all aspect of the proposition fit to deliver a great outcome for our clients.What You Will Be Doing:

  • Apply and continue to enhance your deep understanding of the capital framework and regulatory landscape, to support the interpretation of regulatory change and the associated impacts on all aspects of the teams activities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, including across Risk,
  • Finance and business divisions, acting as a source of professional expertise and proactive support, and capable of constructive challenge.
  • Provide continuous risk oversight to monitor and identify risks, issues and emerging areas of concern, and youll ensure control frameworks, processes and systems are fit for purpose and evolve as necessary.
  • Role model a strong culture of inclusion, engagement and development, and provide leadership and direction, helping all colleagues to meet their aspirations.
  • Drive performance and encourage delivery through others by developing colleagues with stretching objectives, feedback and mentoring.
  • Line manage a small team, developing colleagues through stretching objectives, feedback and mentor whilst demonstrating and embedding Group Values
