Our client, a well-established pension provider is looking for an experienced Pension Administrator. You will be required to-Deliver appropriate solutions to clients, which are relevant/cost effective whilst meeting regulatory and corporate standards.Ensure output is of a high quality and technically correct at all times; meeting regulatory and corporate standards.Ensure that all reporting requirements are met in relation to regulatory deadlines.Follow, maintain and improve documented processes, and assist with the establishment of new ones.Meet the performance service standards set by the business, currently:.Meet SLA targetsSupport the business in the analysis and resolution of complaint and incidents.Debt control management requiring the pro-active recovery of unpaid debts, reporting any issues to management as appropriate.Manage pension scheme liquidity in relation to pension payments and financial transactions.Maintain work control systems, manual and electronic files and ensure scheme database(s) are accurate and up to date at all times.Where appropriate, act as a point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients/advisers for all work requests, providing administrative/technical assistance including liaising with team managers and the technical team.Demonstrate competence in regulatory and technical aspects of SSAS or SIPP with working knowledge of associated pensions and other regulations and legislation, whilst keeping up to date with all industry developments.Act as a point of referral and support for the team(s).Ensure that customers are treated fairly whilst best representing the interests of the business.Carry out any other tasks/secondment as deemed appropriate and reasonable by the business management in order to meet the objectives of the business.Experience and Education RequirementsEssential:Excellent administration experience in SSAS or SIPP, dealing with all investment, benefits, documentation and funding issues.Excellent literacy and numerical skills.Ability to work on own initiative and support others in a team where necessary.Good analytical skills and attention to detail.Good understanding of pensions market and wider financial services industry.Good IT skills.Minimum Grade C or 4 GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent.
