  • Manage the technical approach and build-out of various web, eCommerce, and mobile projects
  • Coordinate and administer complex, scalable, and high-performance web solutions
  • Maintain and extend existing UI and improve existing UX
  • Manage interface aesthetics, information architecture and interactive design with a confidence in creating and translating wireframe and style guides into functional prototypes for eCommerce initiatives
  • Develop performance-critical components and customization features for the companys eCommerce platform.
  • Manage integration of our front-end interfaces with our backend APIs
  • Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
  • Works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow.
  • Perform code reviews
  • Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in a software development, directly related role
  • Familiar with front-end development technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, XML & JavaScript) and ability to connect to web service APIs (SOAP/Rest)
  • Experience using JavaScript frameworks.
  • Ability to consult and communicate closely with management, supervisors, and potentially external teams.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work and consult with colleagues as well as individually
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong skills with debugging tools and techniques
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize/complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Experience working in a ticketing system such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or TFS
  • Experience using Source Control

  • Experience with JavaScript Frameworks Angular and/or AngularJS
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Bachelors or equivalent degree in IT, computer science or related field a plus
  • Experience in Agile Application Development & Scrum methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience with other JavaScript Frameworks
  • Experience with Git
  • Experience with the Microsoft stack of technologies, including .NET Core, ASP.NET, and, SQL Server
