Leading the day to day delivery of the digital marketing acquisition strategy and plans across all digital channels.Client DetailsFinancial Services Provider.DescriptionFor this Senior Digital Channel Manager role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing task management and ongoing coaching and development around channel knowledge, performance management and optimisation for the Direct Channel Manager(s) to maximise performance.
• Acting as the Digital Marketing lead on any Martech initiatives and effectively manage the adoption of Martech into BAU across the digital channel managers to maximise the opportunity to drive increased value from digital marketing.
• Managing, monitor and optimise the performance of the digital channel plans to deliver the agreed commercial targets; NBVA, APE and Ratio
• Management of the Digital marketing budget ensuring cost management, adherence to finance processes including budget tracking, raising POs, payment of invoices and monthly accruals to ensure delivery of digital channel activity within agreed budgets.
• Building and maintaining effective and collaborative relationships with the key stakeholders in the wider Marketing, Digital Sales, Web Analytics, MarTech, Insight & Behavioural Science, Group Digital, Brand, Advertising Standards teams and external marketingagencies and partners to deliver fully optimised channel plans.
• Ensuring that all digital marketing is appealing, integrated with ATL comms, offline comms and the customer journey, is within brand guidelines, clear, fair and not misleading and can be easily understood by the intended target audience.
• Ensuring that our digital channel activity adheres to the FCA guidance on Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).

ProfileTo be considered for this Senior Digital Channel Manager role, you will have/be:

• Significant experience of digital campaign management and delivery in a D2C market
• Experienced in using analytics tools like Adobe
• An ability to work independently using own initiative to establish facts, consider the options and communicate solutions in keeping with business objectives.
• Ability to influence, communicate clearly, persuasively and effectively with other business areas
• Experience of task managing, overseeing and developing small teams of subject matter experts
• Experience of working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and analytical skills
• A good understanding of what motivates a customer to consider and then go on to buy Life Insurance Direct
• Team player, with a very strong work ethic and high energy level
• A natural solution-provider, managing his/her workload in an efficient and structured manner
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing; capable of analysing complex data sets and delivering actionable recommendations to optimise performance.
• Knowledge of GDPR, PECR and other relevant privacy regulations
