Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Clinical Supply Manager to join a fast-paced, dynamic clinical supply management team working fully remotely from home. The business is a leading global pharmaceutical service provider that supports over 200 clinicalstudies in 100 countries.The team focuses on delivering clinical supply management services to clients global studies in all phases and therapeutic areas.As the Senior Clinical Supply Manager, you will act as a consultant/project manager to provide expertise and operational management of clients clinical supply activities. You will take ownership of assigned projects and act as a single point of contact,liaising with clients Clin Ops, Regulatory functions, and internal packaging, labelling, and distribution groups at facilities located in North America, Asia Pacific, the UK, and Europe.The Senior Clinical Supply Manager role is fully remote; however, there may be requirements to travel to client sites or into our offices on an ad-hoc basis. You will work very closely with the Director of Clinical Supply Management, and your key accountabilitiesand responsibilities include: -

  • Develop packaging and distribution strategies
  • Demand forecast and inventory management
  • Close working with packaging, labelling and logistics teams to deliver to assigned projects
  • Ensure continuity of clinical supplies at depots and investigator sites
  • Manage IRT system set up and requirements
  • Improve critical path planning and management of supply chain activities
  • Develop strong working relationships and deliver excellent customer service to clients and strategic partners
Key experience required for the Senior Clinical Supply Manager position: -
  • Extensive experience gained within a clinical supply function
  • Previous experience gained within a sponsor or CMO environment
  • Study set-up and management
  • Previous experience using IRT and forecasting tools
  • Willingness to travel globally
