Job Description

Senior Chef de PartieSalary: £26,325 - 28,080 per annum (dependent on experience40 hours per week (all over time paid)This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to join a luxurious privately owned full service hotel with restaurants, and extensive conference and banqueting facilities. Quality fresh food is used throughout.You must be able to drive and have your own transport.Five straight shifts per week, 40 hours per week with overtime paid and extensive in house training is provided with great career progression opportunities.ROLE - SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIEMain responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook the company menu
  • Lead and train junior chefs
  • Work to high standards of food hygiene
  • Maintain company systems, procedures, and high levels of presentation
