Job Description

Senior BREEAM Assessor Location: CardiffSalary: NegotiableRef: TJ1037Penguin Recruitment are delighted to announce that we are working alongside a well-known Environmental and Energy Services in their quest to find a Senior BREEAM Assessor to join their offices based in Wales.This company are offering a negotiable and competitive salary dependant on experience, potential for the occasional home-working days and a week off over Christmas that is separate to any holiday days.What we are looking for:

  • 2 years experience in carrying out Non-Domestic BREEAM Assessments
  • Ability to organise and prioritise your work-load without supervision
  • Demonstrable experience working on projects that have been ultimately certified
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Great time-keeping
  • Ability to work alone and with a team
    • In this role you will be expected to:
  • Run a variety of around six of live projects at a time
  • Carry out Non-Domestic BREEAM Assessments
  • Help and advise graduate staff members
  • Assist the company in finding and retaining new clients
