* Senior Architectural Technologist* Cardiff* £30,000 - £40,000+We are working with a world-leading Architectural and Engineering firm that has a number of studios across the globe - they are an AJ top 10 practice.They are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their award-winning team in their Cardiff studio that works closely with their Bristol team.As a market-leading design and engineering firm, they work in a number of sectors but specialise in infrastructure, so you will be required to have some knowledge of this specific sector.Their Cardiff studio is relatively small compared to the whole scale of the company. At the moment, they have around 10 members of staff but are looking to expand this over the next year or so.In terms of software, this firm predominantly utilises Revit and BIM as their main software so it would be highly beneficial to have experience using these in practice.As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be required to have experience in running projects from initial meetings to handover, as well as managing a small team. It will also be expected that you have good experience in a variety of sectors, althoughthis practice specialises in infrastructure, it will be beneficial to have an understanding/exposure to various sectors.The Role: Senior Architectural Technologist - * CIAT or equivalent* Minimum 5 years of experience * Revit and BIM* Predominantly Infrastructure and Education * Motivated individual * Self-run - manage a team and run projects from stages 0 -7 but predominantly 3-7 * Knowledge of UK Building Regulations * Analytical skills * Working on a wide range of project values * Detailing skills & producing specifications The Company: * 10 members of staff in their Cardiff office * AJ top 10 * Employ over 450 Architectural staff across the UK * Invests in their staff - towards professional growth within a new team * 25 days leave each year plus bank holidays and potions to buy or sell * Health and wellbeing The salary for this position is dependent on previous experience and skillset brought along to the practice - £30,000 - £40,000+.If you would like to find out more about this unmissable opportunity, get in contact with Alicia and Konker Recruitment.
