Cyber Security Analyst (Graduate, L1 and L2) // Cardiff // £45,000 DOEAre you an experienced Cyber Security Analyst looking for a highly unique opportunity to further develop and grow your careerI am currently on the lookout for a number of security analysts to join a market leading Security client of mine based in Cardiff. You will be joining an established SOC that also has huge ambitions to grown. This gives you the opportunity to help design andset up processes and have a major influence on how the SOC operates.In addition to this, you will also be highly involved in growing and recruiting for the SOC, with the expectation of the function tripling in size in the next 12 months.Day to day you will: Provide information and guidance on security matters as an Analyst within the SOC team. Assist in the support of major incident handling within the SOC, and where applicable for clients Assist the Tier 3 SOC Analyst and SOC Team Leader in development of new service offerings, procedures, techniques, and policies.The experience we are looking for: Good working knowledge of multiple SOC tooling including SIEM / SOAR Good understanding of network technologies, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, ID/IPS, WAF & Proxys etc. Knowledge of Cyber Essentials and ISO27001:2013 standards Good communication and report writing skills.If this sounds of interest, please apply below.
