Job Description

Due to growth of business an exciting opportunity for a permanent Sales Support Administrator to join a growing well established company based in the Docks area of Cardiff offering on site parking and a 4pm finish on a Friday. Our client is looking for someone with superb customer service skills a relationship builder who prides themselves on providing an exceptional customer service experience along with someone with a keen eye for detail a thorough and methodical administratorwho enjoys being part of a busy team.Responsibilities

  • Process orders received by completing paperwork and passing to contract review/production.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to exceed customers expectations.
  • Provision of sales support from establishing and executing customer requirements and changes.
  • Prepare and send quotations back to the customer.
  • Maintaining good relationships and communication with the customer to ensure they are updated throughout the order process.
  • General administration duties as required
  • Being proactive in your approach to complicated or urgent orders.
  • Maintaining of accurate production records
  • Tracking and monitoring of orders and inventory stocks to achieve on time customer deliveries
You will need:
  • Tracking and monitoring of orders and inventory stocks to achieve on time customer deliveries
  • Good level of maths skills - e.g. percentages / margins
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
