Job Description

The Sales Executive is a great sales/marketing position where the OTE is £40,000 pa (Including base salary of £20,000).Client DetailsPage Group are proud to have been retained by public sector organisation in Cardiff. They provide services and resources to other public sector outfits to improve training and analytics.DescriptionAs the Cardiff based Sales Executive your key responsibilities will be:

  • Selling training and Literacy products to potential customers using a variety of media
  • Profiling potential customers and managing leads
  • Managing the sales pipeline through the sales process life cycle
  • Providing online demonstrations to potential clients
  • Producing quotes and contracts, and processing successful sales orders using our CRM system, Salesforce
  • Collaborating with other internal teams to achieve the best outcome for the customer
  • Developing effective relationships and communication channels with clients
  • Working with the team to achieve personal, team and company objectives
ProfileTo be considered for the Cardiff based Sales Eecutive role you will have some/all of the below:Essential:
  • One year plus experience in a sales role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good written English
  • Confident in the use of IT (MS office suite)
  • Ability to present information to others using a variety of media (telephone, online, face to face)
  • Team player
  • Experience of negotiation and/or working with senior decision makers
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of English/Welsh education system
  • Experience of using Salesforce CRM
  • Experience of account management/customer care
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • An understanding of marketing and sales principles
Bonus:
  • Experience in education
  • Experience of using data analysis tools
Job OfferOn-target earnings of £40,000 p.a. depending upon experience.£18,525 to £22,525 p.a.
