Hybrid working salary £50,000 to £60,000We are looking for a talented and experienced Solicitor to join our clients Property Dispute Resolution department and help provide advice to our registered social landlords and local authority clients across Wales and England. This is a fantastic chance for an experienced lawyer to join a supportive and dynamic team of professionals.The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with rights of audience in open court• Substantial advocacy experience• Litigation background• Excellent client care skills• Ability to work within tight deadlines• Ability to quickly access courts in South WalesThe role will include a wide range of tasks and responsibilities including producing court documents, attending hearings, negotiating with other parties, advising clients, and supervision of junior members of the team.The successful candidate will have strong advocacy skills as well as the ability to work within tight deadlines. The team work very closely with clients and are often referred to as an extension of their teams, so excellent client care skills are a must.The role would be suited to a lawyer with substantial advocacy experience and be a qualified solicitor or barrister (rights of audience in open court is essential).
