Job Description

Here at Fresh we are excited to be recruiting for a Resident Administrator for Bridge Street Exchange. Our Cardiff city-centre student living has unbeatable views and amazing social spaces. With a games room, karaoke room, gym, courtyard and roof terrace,discover magic and a warm welcome.This exciting position offers full time hours working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week, with some weekend working required during summer turnaround) where youll be working in an exciting, collaborative, people-first environment. You will act as thefirst point of contact for resident and prospective resident enquiries providing exceptional administrative support to ensure that the property runs smoothly and the residents feel supported.If youre looking for a fun and friendly place to work where we value our students, and they value us right back, an environment where youll receive excellent training and mentoring - keep on reading!As with all the members of our accommodation teams, as Resident Administrator you are responsible for delivering a 5* service to our customers. Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Dealing with enquiries from current and prospective residents via social networks, media communications, email, telephone and in person.
  • Organising events and open days for prospective and current residents.
  • Covering the main reception during office hours, this will include sorting the mail.
  • Be the face of Fresh for residents! Liaising with them on a regular basis making sure that residents feel supported and valued.
  • Undertaking viewings with potential residents, providing them with the up-to-date information relevant to their query.
  • Ensuring that the reception and management suite is clean and tidy and adheres to Health & Safety requirements.
  • Receiving and processing payments, and monitoring / chasing rent arrears when necessary.
  • Filing and maintaining customer data, ensuring the database is up to date and within GDPR regulations.
  • Liaising with the maintenance and accommodation team to ensure any issues are logged and resolved promptly.
