Job Description

A family run, independent domiciliary care service in Cardiff, South Wales are seeking a hardworking and committed individual to become Registered Manager of their high-quality homecare service.They are open to someone to step up from a deputy/ care co role as well as someone from outside of domiciliary care. The Directors will take on the responsibility for growing the service, allowing you to focus on keeping service compliant and leadingthe dedicated care team.Key Responsibilities of the Care Manager:

  • Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the service
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, service users and external stakeholders
  • Ensure service is Compliant with CIW regulations
  • Manage the provision of care for service users
  • Effectively manage the team and ensure staff morale remains high
Care Manager Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a care setting essential, preferably domiciliary care at management level
  • Driver with own vehicle
  • Driven and ambitious who loves a challenge
  • Fantastic knowledge of CIW regulations
  • A team player whose goal is to leverage good service
  • Level 5 qualification
