Through a consultative, collaborative sales approach we support our school customers with the right choice of products and services for their learners.The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) drives revenue in their region through the management of a team of Sales Partnership Managers. Responsible for the strategic direction of the region, the RSM will be accountable for the achievement of growth targets acrossMulti Academy Trusts, Chains, Dioceses, Federations, Teaching Alliances, subject hubs, and other large consortia of schools across the 5-19 age range.The RSM will be expected to lead their team with experience, empathy and accountability. Ensuring that their sales team are able to grow personally and grow the revenue of the region.
