Regional Sales Manager - Building ChemicalsThe Company Recruiting for Regional Sales Manager - Building Chemicals:Due to expansion, this is a rare opportunity to join a global manufacturing company which has been established for nearly 100 years and employs more than 20,000 people around the world. This organisation is renowned for its product quality and innovation, its integrity and a company ethos that empowers its employees to develop and progress.The Purpose of the Role of Regional Sales Manager - Building Chemicals:As Regional Sales Manager, your remit will be to manage a high performing team of field based Area Sales Managers across the south west quarter of the UK. This experienced team sell a range of building chemical products into a receptive base of distributionaccounts such independent builders merchants and a variety of trade wholesalers. In addition to motivating and developing your teams performance, you will have responsibility for a handful of key accounts across the region.For the position of Regional Sales Manager - Building Chemicals, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must manage a field sales team selling within the construction industry
  • Evidence of improving sales performance by mentoring and empowering your team
  • Ambitious and driven to further their career
  • Structured and organised approach to sales
  • Excellent team working ability
  • Must be well presented, driven, enthusiastic, articulate and personable
  • Great relationship and account management skills
  • Driving licence & experience of using a CRM system
Benefits of this Regional Sales Manager - Building Chemicals:
  • £50,000 - £60,000 base salary, plus 20% bonus, uncapped
  • Company car, electric & hybrid available or allowance
  • Superb pension - up to 10% company contribution
