Job Description

Full Time, 9 month FTCPackage: £30,000 -34,000 + up to 20% bonus opportunity + Company carWorking: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekTerritory: Northampton-Manchester-Leeds or Stoke-Cardiff-Taunton-ReadingAre you an experienced Regional Sales Manager looking for an opportunity in the convenience channelThis is a great opportunity, working with two well-loved and respected brands!You will be responsible for:

  • Managing, training and developing a team of 10 Business Development Executives within the convenience channel
  • Developing your teams operating standards through regular field visits, coaching and maximising the use of Data and Insight to drive your teams growth in line with Channel and category trends
  • Sharing best practice to develop better ways of working and continuous improvement in the whole team operations
What we are looking for:
  • Currently in an RSM role
  • A hands on approach to growing performance and best practice in the field
  • A real focus on increasing sales performance
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with the ability to make effective decisions
  • An enthusiastic, can-do positive approach to all things and possess an ability to see the opportunity in all challenges
  • Held a full manual driving licence for a minimum of 12 months
