Job Description

At the moment, we are looking for a German speaking Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic and international team in Cardiff city centre.Pertemps ERP is an independent, specialist ERP consultancy dedicated to delivering recruitment solutions to the global market. We work hard to help the SAP professionals to find their job across Europe. Our focus is on Germany, Switzerland and Poland but we are expanding to Spain and Czech Republic.What we offer

  • No previous recruitment experience needed!!
  • Fluent English and very good German
  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and as a part of the team
  • Great communication skills in English and German
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Having a proactive approach in attracting quality candidates in the market
    • Recruitment Resourcer Tasks
  • Resourcing quality candidates for the vacancies across Europe
  • Searching for CVs and their screening to match client requirements
  • Qualifying candidates over the telephone ensuring their language and technical skills are relevant for the presented position
  • Preparing, formatting CVs and their presentation to the clients
  • Advertising the vacancies on various job boards
  • Having a consultative approach and being the main point of contact for candidates
