Job Role: Temporaries Recruitment Consultant - Business Support across WalesCompany: ReedLocation: Floor 1, East Wing, Southgate House, Wood Street, Cardiff, CF10 1JJHybrid working: 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home after the initial imbedding period of around 3 months.Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum plus bonus - but open to negotiate for sales/recruitment experienceHours: 37.5 per week, Monday - FridayContract: Full time and permanentWhat is the roleOur Reed Business Support division based in Cardiff are looking for a new Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to join the existing team mainly covering the South West and Wales.As a Temporaries Recruitment Consultant you will be growing new client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs, then developing this client base into long term profitable relationships. This will require a lot of cold calling, business developmentand account management. You will also be developing your candidate pipeline simultaneously.Reed will provide industry leading training, as well as professional and personal development, to ensure you can become the most knowledgeable Consultant in your field.
