Job Role: Permanents Recruitment Consultant - Business Support across WalesCompany: ReedLocation: Floor 1, East Wing, Southgate House, Wood Street, Cardiff, CF10 1JJHybrid working: 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home after the initial imbedding period of around 3 months.Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 per annum plus uncapped bonus - but open to negotiate for sales/recruitment experienceHours: 37.5 per week, Monday - FridayContract: Full time and permanentWhat is the roleOur Reed Business Support division based in Cardiff are looking for a new Permanents Recruitment Consultant to join the existing team mainly covering the South West and Wales.As a Permanents Recruitment Consultant you will be growing new client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs, then developing this client base into long term profitable relationships. This will require a lot of cold calling, business developmentand account management.
