Job Description

Recruitment Consultant (Human Resources) - Cardiff £27,000 - £30,000 per annum - plus commission starting at 10%Permanent People are pleased to be working with a market leading recruitment agency that specialises in a variety of sectors including Finance, HR and Property.Our client takes a very open and transparent approach to recruitment and are known for providing bespoke solutions. They have established a wide client base and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to come in and manage a semi-warm desk within the HR sector.This role has become available with an immediate start!In this 360-recruitment role, you will liaise with existing clients and work on live vacancies. Whilst also being responsible for the development of new business. You must be able to win new clients as well as identify, approach and source new candidates. You will build and maintain long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates and provide an outstanding and professional service.What’s on offer -
