Their missionis to create a fairer future for teachers, schools and students and they are scaling in to new regions with huge plans for growth!The Role:As an Education Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our partner schools. You will collaborate closely with key decision makers to identify, attract and retain key talentwithin the education sector. Key Responsibilities: * To interview candidates who have signed up through the website or responded to adverts within 24-48 hours* Writing adverts for job boards for vacancies across the business* Searching job boards and any other sources looking for new candidates* Provide support to the compliance officer to make sure all documents, safeguarding and vetting is complete for each candidate* To write a complete profile on the candidate for marketing to schools* Provide a world-class service and experience to all our new and existing candidates.The Ideal Candidate:* Ample experience within recruitment (1 year minimum)* Education recruitment experience is desirable.* Welsh speaking is desirable.* You must have experience using a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred)* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.ReCulture endeavour to be outstanding as a diverse and inclusive employer and are fully committed to present the best candidates for the role irrespective of background.
