Job Description

Recruitment Consultant (IT) - Cardiff£25,000 - £35,000 basic salaryOTE £40-60kWe have a unique opening within a forward-thinking, successful business who put their people first. This business stays ahead of competitors as they have long standing relationships with clients and a genuine understanding of their technical markets.What does the role involve

  • You will be focussing on niche roles within the IT sector, this is a broad reaching industry including software analytics, cyber security and data analytics
  • There will be an emphasis on sales and business development, you will focus on building your reputation within the market to create lasting partnerships with clients.
  • Attend client visits to sell your services and pitch your clients brand.
What are we looking for
  • You will have at least 6 months recruitment experience, an understanding of the construction, engineering or IT sector will be beneficial
  • A credible individual who isnt afraid of face to face meetings and building relationships over the phone.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, you can liaise with senior candidates and grasp highly specialist markets.
  • A good sense of humour!
