You will utilise your excellent written and spoken communication skills to perform business development daily andin turn attend business meetings to develop these relationships with both candidates and clients. You will be used to working in a targeted environment and be energised to achieve KPIs and monetary targets.We are a team of 6 and are led by a fantastic Area Manager, Dan who has heaps of recruitment experience over many different sectors so you will be well placed to learn from the best. There are varying amounts of experience in the team ranging from colleagueswho have worked for us for a long time to those that have joined in the past year, the one thing we all have in common is that we care, and we want to always deliver excellent customer service.We know that a good Recruitment Consultant can come from any background, what we are looking for is someone who is resilient, target driven and passionate to succeed in a very competitive environment.
