Job Description

Pertemps are currently working with a client who provides electrical services throughout Domestic,commerical and industrial sectors who are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Admin.Job Title: Receptionist/AdminLocation: CardiffSalary: £11.44p/hJob Type: Temporary ongoing with a permanent contract for the right candidate.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

  • General reception duties, answering the phone, taking messages
  • Updating and maintaining back-office systems
  • General administrative duties
  • Making travel arrangements for staff and visitors
  • Management of staff uniform and PPE
  • Dealing with general queries
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Use of Company Car as and when needed
  • Opportunities for progression
Requirements:
  • Previous experience is desirable
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
