  • Full 360 recruitment role.
  • Build and develop a desk within Rail/Construction, any vertical.
  • Placing specialised candidates into construction/rail sectors.
  • Ensuring all consultants provide the best service possible to both clients and candidates.
  • Support and Advise consultants with the view to becoming a team leader.

The CandidateYou will be;
  • 360 Recruitment consultant with experience within Industrial/Rail/Construction sectors.
  • Having 1 Years + Experience
  • Good at building both candidate and client relationships
  • Able to work within a team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver to a high standard
  • Understanding of the Construction industry sector and market
  • Strongly commercially aware.
  • Excellent at interpersonal skills, confident and effective in a client facing role
  • Committed to providing the best candidate experience and delivering the best client service.
