Role Overview:The R&D Higher Clerical Assistant roles offer support to Childrens Services Social Work Teams who work and engage with young people and their families. The role involves high volume call handling, data inputting and general office tasksWhat we are looking for from you You will have experience of call handling and data inputting , excellent customer service skills with attention to detail with strong clear communication skills both verbal and written as understanding is key as this is frontline . Ability to work to agreed standards and deadlines You must be able to work flexibly and adaptably to changing priorities. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
