Cardiff Social Services is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead on the implementation of:

A Quality Assurance and Audit Strategy for Children and Adult Services and

Robust Quality Assurance Processes across the Directorate.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Experience of managing others

Ability to exercise a leadership and challenge function with team managers and social work practitioners

Ability to identify areas for policy and practice improvement and lead on their implementation
