Job Description

Yolk are excited to be partnered with Funding Xchange, a London based Fintech set to open a second office in South Wales at the start of 2020 to house a team of talented IT professionals. After recently successfully securing £8 million pounds of funding, theyre about to embark on an exciting new chapter, offering their platform as a SaaS solution to banks and lenders (currently partnered with Monzo) to help them transform their customer experience.This is what you’ll be doing

  • Work within an exciting and fast paced agile development environment alongside developers, designers and other super talented teammates.
  • Demonstrate a strong thorough understanding and knowledge of the whole software development and testing lifecycle, participating in and defining the end-to-end Quality Assurance process
  • Deliver test solutions for functional and technical improvements
  • Implement both manual and automated test strategies to best serve the situation
  • Promote a culture of quality throughout the whole
    • The experience that youll bring to the team
  • Good knowledge of Java
  • Experience in Automation and BDD (tools such as Selenium Webdriver, WebdriverIO, Cucumber, Rspec etc.)
  • Experience with API testing (tools such as Postman, SOAPUI) as well as RestAPIs and API Automation testing
  • Knowledge and experience of testing on both web-based and mobile applications
  • Experience testing databases, with proficiency in SQL
  • It would be great if you are familiar with working on Cloud platforms and services
