A motivated self-starter you should have a minimum of 2 years commercial experience (5 years for seniors) working in teams on a shared codebase with version control,multiple releases in an agile, devops, CI/CD environment. Taking a lead in managing the shared code base, managing branching, merge requests, code reviews. Mentoring staff with less experience of working in shared code repositories.
