Property Administrator / Case Handler (Help to Buy)Cardiff / Wrexham £22,250 We have an opportunity for a conscientious and organised Administrator to manage a high volume of cases, ensuring all regulatory and internal SLAs are consistently met. You will be responsible for the case handling of highly detailed new and existing buyerapplications, from the initial receipt of application through to the legal exchange and completion of the shared equity loan.Meticulous with great attention to detail, you will undertake checks on applications in order to make an assessment and respond, requesting further information if necessary to complete the checks. You will maintain a variety of legal documentation on allrelated property matters and ensure that valuation reflects the relevant property, so the ability to maintain accuracy is essential. With a good understanding of credit reports, you will be expected to verify core documentation and liaise with the buyer toensure that all details are received within a set timescale. Customer-focused, you will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the process, ensuring that the purchase of property is seamless.Customer-focused with strong experience in an administrative role, you will be a confident and approachable, with a genuine interest in people and the ability to always provide exceptional service. IT literate, you will have proven experience of using Microsoftpackages, including MS Word and Excel, and will ensure that all necessary information is recorded accurately. With familiarity of document management, you will be adept at learning a variety of different systems and liaising with both internal and externalstakeholders. You will be able to juggle a variety of tasks simultaneously and adapt to any sudden changes in the priorities, organising your own workload and working to regulated policies and procedures.We look forward to hearing from you!
