Job Description

Recruit 121 are working with one of the leading Financial Services companies in South Wales to add another Project Manager to the growing team. This is a fantastic role if you like working in a fast paced environment with great prospects in a growing team. The successful candidate will be accountable for the successful delivery and embedding of projects whilst gaining the confidence of stakeholders to achieve Portfolio objectives and providing regular updates to the Change Delivery Board on projects status.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities include:

  • Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
  • Understand basic revenue models and P/L; meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Work with developers and designers to define and document questions, liaise with business via email, IM or phone to get new requirements and explain feasibility.
  • Submit project status reports to stakeholders; reviews bugs; plans software releases; anticipates and reacts to change
  • Ensure Member and Stakeholder satisfaction
  • Manage Resource forecasting to a high level of accuracy.
  • Have overall responsibility for delivery of Project Team Members (e.g. Business Analysists)
  • Manage and ensure completion of key artifacts (RAID, RACI etc).
  • What will you needThis role requires proven delivery of leading transformational and BAU change, direct business experience of change within financial services industry, or a regulated environment, along with process analysis, benefits management and business continuity skills.Recognised Project Management Qualifications would be desirable (e.g., Prince2, Agile)In return, we offer:
