Job Description

Project ManagerBased in Cardiff (Site/Office/Hybrid based)£45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Personal Development + Progression OpportunitiesExcellent role on offer for a Project Manager looking to work for a highly-respected Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy offering extensive progression opportunities up to Associate. Are you an ambitious individual seeking a long term role within a growing business Are you looking for a company offering continuous developmentThis company are a consultancy firm operating within a diverse range or sectors including Infrastructure, Water, Rail, Commercial, Residential, Highways, and Hospitality. They provide an array of services to their public and private sector clients. Having grownthroughout the pandemic and backed up by a strong order book, they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager into their growing Water and Utilities team.In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of large mulit-million water schemes within time and budgetary constraints. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Providing management on multiple projects at any given time
  • Project and service delivery
  • Process control
  • Business development
  • Risk and value management
  • Stakeholder management both internal and external
  • Contribute towards bid and tender preparation
  • Support contract and procurement processes
  • Provide leadership to staff, from performance management to conflict resolution
This role would therefore ideally suit an individual with strong Project Management experience working within a client facing role. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the water, utilities, rail or civil infrastructure sectors. You willalso have the desire to progress within a growing organisation and work up to Associate level.
