Job Description

Are you looking for a new job, where you have the opportunity to utilise your customer service and administration skills I am currently working with a utilities company based on the outskirts of Cardiff, who are seeking analytical, professional and organised Administrators to join their expanding team.As Project Co-ordinator, you will use your excellent administration, organisational and time management skills to deliver quality customer service to clients.The suitable Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Liaising and coordinating with utilities organisations
  • Identify and resolve site specific problems
  • Establishing good working relationships with customers and utilities organisations
  • Liaising and negotiating wayleaves with third party landowners
  • Maintaining and developing relevant project databases
  • Maintaining departmental administrative compliance with requirements
  • Carrying out all necessary administrative duties as required
  • Attending customer / DNO meeting with support from management
  • Any other duties as required by the team leader
