Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with The Social Mobility Foundation (SMF) to appoint their new Programme Coordinator. SMF aims to level the playing field for high potential young people who have the ability and ambition to flourish in professionalcareers, but lack the opportunities and networks to enable them to thrive. The pandemic has been disastrous for the young people SMF supports, but it has also inspired businesses to respond and invest in social mobility.The role of the Aspiring Professionals Programme Coordinator is central to the work of the Social Mobility Foundation as you work directly with our young people. Youre on the frontline of change. Youre responsible for diverse and varied projects, whichrange from running residentials to speaking in schools to shaping the programme for future years. The role is high paced and would suit someone who is truly motivated by our vision for social mobility, working with young people and who can take ownership ofkey delivery projects. Were looking for a strong communicator, time manager and enthusiastic team member to join us.This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in a dynamic environment and enjoys creative problem solving. Experience of relationship management and/or customer service; able to manage relationships to achieve a common goal and maintain apositive working relationship.
