Job Description

Procurement Manager - IT £47k - £55k & Generous Package Cardiff / Bristol / Birmingham Hybrid Our client, a leading global consultancy and big four member are looking for a IT procurement manager to come and join their team.You will lead end to end tech procurement and contract management and play a pivotal role in the development and continued success of this multinational company.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the negotiation of robust contracts, demonstrating expertise with limited legal counsel input
  • Drive the ongoing development of best practice procurement processes, integrating Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations into the supply chain
  • Act as a trusted business advisor to functional leaders and service owners
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to foster effective and appropriate relationships with suppliers
  • Manage technology sourcing activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and values.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, particularly in technology procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to craft robust contracts.
  • In-depth understanding of procurement processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with supply chain ESG considerations
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • CIPS certification is highly desirable.
