Primary School Learning Support Assistant -Roath, Cardiff **Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant or do you have experience working with Children with SEN****Are you looking for a full time role in Cardiff**We are looking to recruit a full time LSA for a Learning Support role within a mainstream Primary School in Roath, Cardiff.The school prides itself on its ever evolving method of learning; reviewing all opportunities for the pupils in order to create the best learning environment. As an LSA you will play an integral part in making sure you reflect the core values of the school in your practice.The role requires a level of experience working within a classroom, or with young people that need additional support. If you have any personal experience outside of the classroom, this will also be considered.Working as an LSA requires working 1:1 with students that need additional support. The school is looking for someone to help support a child with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) with their general studies and well as behaviour. Therefore, the successfulLearning Support Assistant / LSAs will have behaviour management skills with the ability to provide individual support and supervision for students, encouraging them to engage in the learning process.Summary
